OMG OMG OMG...tonight I made a dip that Roni posted the other day. Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Dip (aka Dessert Hummus). I wasn't sure about it but it is SO GOOD! I can't wait to have something to dip in it. I may buy strawberries and/or graham crackers tomorrow and dig it!! Mmmmmmm I even think it is sanctioned under the Game On Diet. I can have it with some strawberries tomorrow as my meal #4. I can't wait!!!!! Below is a picture that Roni took of the recipe (I'll post my picture with the berries tomorrow)

Food today was the same as usual *man I need to switch up my breakfast*. Then I had Chana Masala and a salad for lunch.
For dinner I made Chicken and Dumplings:
1lb chicken breast
1 yellow onion
S&P
1tbsp whole wheat flour
3 tbsp EVOO
1 C. Milk
Can healthy request Cambells Crm Celery Soup
1 Can Chicken Stock
4 refrigerator biscuits
1 med bag frozen mixed veggies
Dice Chicken and Onion.
Add to Large Skillet with 2 tbsp EVOO and S&P
Allow chicken to cook through and move chicken to one side of the pan.
Make a rue (sp?) with 1 tbsp EVOO with the flour and cook for one minute
add the milk, mix everything and bring to a boil (3 minutes)
cut biscuits into small pieces and add to the mixture.
Cover and simmer for 5 minutes until biscuits puff
uncover, add veggies and allow mixture to simmer for another 5 minutes.
YUM!!!
After dinner and homework we had to dart to church for Mason's Reconciliation class. Did some shopping at Target with La and then came home, put the girl to sleep and took a walk with Terri. We did almost 2 miles but got creeped out while we were walking and turned back...eek! I hate the dark! (wimp...I know)
Alright...time for Modern Family - LMAO!
