Well I woke up this morning and in all honesty...this is what the scale said
OK...here is where we start :) Each Friday I'll post my weight...good bad or indifferent. This is only 3 and a half lbs from where I was at my lowest in February. It isn't like there is some magical mystical reason as to why I haven't lost weight recently...I will strive to improve my habits this week, make sure I move more than normal and enjoy every minute. If next week I'm 197 (I'll know why) and if I'm 192, I'll know that too.
Onto yesterday
It was a little nuts and some of my food escaped the iphone. Breakfast was whole wheat toast with egg white, cheddar and ham - Mmmmmmm
A banana for a snack :)
I had a wrap and baked lays for lunch (they were shy) and received a yummy delivery later in the morning from a vendor Elisa and I met with last week. Mmmmmmmmmm I only had one of the pineapples and one of the bananas then some strawberries. Great afternoon snack :) The rest of my buddies here at work descended on this amazing treat to help me finish it :)
I'm not proud of dinner but I was exhausted and it was late so I got a salad at McDonalds. It was the southwest salad with grilled chicken and it was OK. But the picture was horrible :)
Time for me to bust it at work today and the rest of the weekend will be a blurr
