OK...time for a come to Jesus meeting (with myself)
Dear April,
You have now been at the same weight for 4 months. It is safe to say that you have maintenance completely under control. Now it is time to get your arse back in gear. Time to lose at least another 10lbs before summer. Preferably 20 (but don't push your luck).
How will we accomplish this feat?? Let's break it out into a list (we all know how much you like to do that)
- Reduce your portion sizes (Last night's Chicken Parm plate was WAY TOO BIG)
- Back to Clean Eating...Only whole grains, lowfat dairy and LOTS of veggies.
- Green Monster...Every (week)Day!!!
- No more treats during the week (Chocolate, Sweet Potato Tater Tots, Chips, etc), the weekend is fair game (but be careful)
- In addition to 3 miles every night...use lunch to take a walk around town - the weather is nice...no reason not to do this at least 3 times a week.
- STOP EATING OUT!!! (Ok, this is a hard one) (This excludes vendor lunches)
- Keep up the great job on your water :)
- Document weekly weigh ins
Alright...here is a plan, every Friday morning I'm going to post the results from my weigh in. I'll figure out a cute way to alliterate that (b/c I love alliterations)
Now onto yesterday...after heading to the court house and sitting in the jury room for over 2 hours...I ended up dodging a bullet and not getting called... THANK GOD! I am still potentially on the hook for the rest of this month but hopefully it will be a non issue (you'll know if it is an issue, I'm sure) :)

YUP...that is the sweet potato tots and they were SO GOOD (just a small order tho right??)
In the sea of orange...you can see the chicken wrap on the right (OK...it isn't just chicken it is chicken salad (holy mayo) - today is a new day right?
My Chicken Parm was SO GOOD...
Then I ran/walked with the girls a full 3 miles and it felt great!
