Fun Cardio!

Saturday Morning I hit the road for a GREAT run...14:30 straight and I took Rocky!  He did SO GOOD!  We went at like 6:30 am and it was still dark when we started but got to see the sun rise which was nice!  I DO love running early in the am!

Then I got ready for the day.  I'm currently obsessed with this Yogurt Parfait with Kashi...YUMMMMM SO GOOD! 

I scrubbed my kitchen floor (hands and knees) just like my "Project: Clean this House" schedule dictates and then the boys went to Basketball and I sat on the couch for a bit!  After basketball we headed to my mom's where we made cookies!!!  We were busy bees all afternoon and the boys even made gingerbread houses. 

Don't you love when kids decorate cookies...I LOVE the imperfection of them!!!

He is a HAM!

Mom Mom helped!  Livie was a TERROR!

We had a great time then hit Sushi for dinner :)  no pics...sorry

Sunday...

We woke up early and went to the diner for breakfast:

Then Church/CCD...when we got home it was run around run around run around.  I did get to go to the grocery store...FUN and planned dinners for this week. 

I should say planned TOO MANY dinners for this week:

• Tacos
• Salsa Chicken
• Chicken Fajitas
• Stromboli
• Breakfast, eggs/hash/pancakes
• Chicken Dumplings

SEE?!?!  There is no way we'll eat all of these dinners but I have SO much frozen chicken in the freezer...I've gotta start working on it!  Let's just say there is no need to eat out this week (well of course unless laziness comes into play)

After all this...Dom and I went Ice Skating!  YAY!!!  FUN CARDIO!  I did some speed laps and we skated non stop *except for the Zamboni break* for an hour and a half...YAY!  Dom Loves to Ice Skate (and I need a new camera)

I had lots of sanctioned meals including yogurt, triscuits and some rice with beans and salsa. For dinner I made a little grilled taco with my rice/salsa/chicken/beans concoction!  Mmmmmmm it was really yummy!  I'll post pics of the filling today (I brought it for lunch)

That is pretty much it...Well except that the RAVENS stunk last night :(
