This morning started with Kashi (unpictured)...breakfast #2 was this Oatmeal
(anyone else think I'm a creature of habit?!)
My Coffee was surprisingly good...maybe it was b/c it is COLD! HELLO WINTER!!!
My hair kinda resembled Medusa yesterday...LOL! And look at that face, pure evil :) I crack myself up! BAHAHAHAHAHA!
Lunch consisted of Beef Stew (Mmmmmm)
Meal #4 was Sweet Potato Hash at Healthbeat and Mal #5 was Eggs (2 egg whites and 1 yolk), with a Whole Wheat bagel flat (Butter = 100 calorie allowance)
As you know...I LOVE breakfast for dinner :) especially when I don't feel like cooking...
Amy and I took a nice walk yesterday around 1:30. She said "we should take a walk" and I said "OK, Let's Go!" We were gone with 30 seconds. That's the way to do it. Don't let you talk yourself out of it...JUST DO IT! It is a good thing we did take a walk yesterday b/c I didn't go to aerobics last night :) I know I should have but I just wasn't feeling it and wanted to do some shopping instead.
