Big Balls

 Thanks to my neighbor/friend, Julie...I am now addicted to this magazine :)  It is fascinating and full of amazing recipes.  Thanks Jul!

Breakfast #1 was some Kashi (early...b/c I was starving)...Breakfast #2 was a little oatmeal

Lunch was a treat from Weggies.  Sushi and a Salad


Snack - AKA Meal #4 was some cheese and crackers

This morning I put a pork roast in the crock pot with a jar of sauce from Tastefully Simple.  It turned out AMAZING.  I shredded the pork and served it on a whole wheat bun with some cole slaw.  I also had a side salad (unpictured).  SO GOOD!

Then I had Aerobics where Di tried to kill me again...EEK!  I can't figure out if she hates me (and is trying to kill me) or loves me (and is trying to make me one hot mama) LOL..beauty must suffer *right?*  We worded out on the big balls last night...It was a GREAT workout but OUCH!

Yup...that is me LMBO...
anyone else think this is the funniest show on TV...BAHAHAHA  (I HEART Wipe Out)

I got home from aerobics and needed to make my recipe for Healthbeat this week.  I made my sweet potato hash...

Mmmmmmmm

Speaking of which...time to get going.
