There is a mouse/mice at work!!! One of my co-workers, Sally, opened her desk drawer the other day to find a little mouse staring back at her...WTH?!?! Aren't they afraid of us?! It was in the middle of the day too. These are daring little mice! We have traps set all over the office but I've pretty much told everyone that I work with that if I see a mouse I'll probably pee my pants and have to go home for the day. I don't do rodents :( LOL
Anyway...Thursday was Thursday. Nothing too exciting...
I found these great 100 calorie packs of Almonds. Since "mickey" ate the almonds I keep in my drawer and I'm not keeping food at work anymore, these will work perfect for my oatmeal in the morning :)

Lunch was a new Quinoa Recipe I promised
Quinoa and Black Beans
Ingredients
· 1 teaspoon Olive Oil
· 1 small onion, chopped
· 3 cloves garlic, chopped
· 1 cup uncooked quinoa
· 2 cups chicken broth
· 1 tsp ground cumin
· 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
· salt and pepper to taste
· 1 cup frozen corn kernels
· 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
· 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro (I didn't use this much b/c I didn't have it but it would be AMAZING with TONS of cilantro!
Directions
Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Stir in the onion and garlic, and saute until lightly browned. Mix quinoa into the saucepan and cover with vegetable broth. Season with cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a boil. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes, Stir frozen corn into the saucepan, and continue to simmer about 5 minutes until heated through. Mix in the black beans and cilantro. Enjoy!

Grace and I went to Wegmans to pick up some stuff and got a little ego boost from an attractive guy that was hitting on Grace (she says he was hitting on me...I doubt it) :) I wanted something sweet and I LOVE PINEAPPLE so that is what I got...Nom Nom Nom!!!
Dinner was a piece of pizza (no time to cook tonight) and after Aerobics (which rocked BTW), I dyed my hair AGAIN! I'm clearly obsessed but I LOVE IT (this is obviously a picture from this morning - Friday) I love the auburn warm tone...YAY!
