I'm eating bread for lunch today because I forgot an ordered a turkey burger :( The bun is whole wheat but I'm disappointed in myself for ordering the wrong thing :( I wasn't even thinking...
Other than that I've done really well with the whole no sugar no bread thing.
Work outs have been difficult since the gym is so freaking crowded thanks to new years resolutions. I had to wait for a treadmill last night, Boooo! Oh well...I rocked it anyway :)
My food journals have been spotty and my eating this weekend was dreadful (no bread or sugar but lots of chips and cheese).
Why can't I get my act together?
I'll ponder and post later with my results!
