Self Defeat!

I've claimed it...Self Defeat!  I was doing magically but after my weigh in on Friday I was down in the dumps :(  I was really disappointed that after 3 weeks of no alcohol, eating really well and working out like a monster.  I had only 3 lbs to show for it.  So what did I do?!?!  I ate alot of pizza, pigged out at a BBQ and drank a bunch of adult beverages :)

Although I say I self defeated...in all honesty I just had a GREAT WEEKEND!!!!  I loved every minute from watching Linc and Livie play together to the Olympics to the BBQ, to getting my boys back to hanging at the pool on Sunday with great friends.  We had a wonderful weekend!

Moving on...
Just a bit of sunshine to start your day!

Time to ROCK this week!!!!

note: workout this morning was GREAT!

Peanut Butter, Avocado and Cream - Oh My!

I think I've figured it out...
If I'm eating well and working out like a beast and still not losing weight ...it must be my condiments.  So I've made a plea that I will avoid PB, Avocado and Half & Half until next weekend.  If it pays off, GREAT - I've figured it out.  If it doesn't pay off, then I'll just start eating them again.

So...What would I do differently (when looking at yesterday's food)? :)

No Cheese with my egg whites!
NO Avocado in my sandwich (and only half a pita instead of a whole one.)
 No PB with my banana
Dinner I wouldn't have changed but I wouldn't have had the bowl of cheerios at 7pm either.
The trainer warned us that we'd be hungry but I wasn't quite prepared for this hungry.
I've got to build up my willpower :)

Yesterday we had an event at work for the Tottenham Hotspurs.  We wore matching T. Shirts again.  It's funny b/c I know people who would feel like a cog and a conformist because everyone has to wear the same T-shirt...NOT ME!  I love being part of a team and feel a huge sense of pride that I work for a great company!
 My workout?!?
It was CRAZY this morning.  We lifted weights...HEAVY LIFTING.  My arms and legs are killing me but it is that good pain that I love!

That is all I have for now

Temptation

This is what I was faced with yesterday
I was able to abstain...YAY APRIL!
The temptation to quit will be greatest when you are about to succeed - Chinese Proverb
What has avoiding brownies gotten me?!?  Loss of faith in this process.  I keep telling myself that all this hard work will pay off.  However that B#%$* of a scale doesn't seem to agree with me.  I have been eating like an angel and working out like a beast...COME ON SCALE!!

The reason I will continue is not because of that slut scale that seems to hate me.  It is because I feel GREAT and firmer than I have in a long time.  My arms feel buff and I know that eventually this will pay off in a BIG way!  Until then...I will keep on truckin :)

Now onto my food yesterday...
My gravity defying eggs and ketchup (LOL)
 My PB and Banana snack:)
Salad and left over pasta from the other night :)
 Better picture of the pasta!
Dinner was at the pool :)  Zucchini Turkey Burgers with pasta salad and a little summer slaw
note: adding shredded zucchini to your turkey burgers makes them VERY moist!!!
I even abstained from Rita's last night.

Oh well...nothing to do but ROCK IT!

Da Dip

This morning was a killer workout!!!  Sitting here in my office I feel like a ROCKSTAR!!!  However, getting upstairs to my office was a little difficult because she really worked our legs this morning.  On the way up the stairs, Frankie (co-worker/friend/classmate) and I were trying to figure out why our legs were killing and realized every exercise was a squat or dip of some sort hidden behind cardio...Alicia is a genius!  We didn't even realize how much leg work we'd done until we were finished :)
Then we started singing this song...
For your listening pleasure :)

I had a delicious day yesterday:
DD started my day :)
My salad (just greens and carrots with lemon/honey vinegrette) was so delish
on the left is my whole wheat pita (half) with tuna salad.
 A smoothie :)
  And dinner was chicken fajitas
After dinner Livie and I headed to the pool for about 45 minutes and we swam and laughed.  I love that little munchkin.  One of the problems with me taking livie to the pool alone is that I don't get many pictures of her...mostly because she doesn't sit still :)  I'll try to get another one of her in the pool sometimes soon :)

After I put her to bed, I was STARVING so I had a bowl of cheerios around 7:30...I try not to eat that late but I was really really hungry :)

now for a little motivation...
From my trainer: A quote :)
It’s Not about Perfect. It’s about Effort. And When You Bring That Effort Every Single Day, That’s Where Transformation Happens. That’s How Change Occurs" -Jillian Michaels.

Love this quote :)

That is about all I have for today...time for a shower :)

I'm feeling it...

It is so interesting to me how your body begins to adjust to exercise.  Remember 2 weeks ago when I started this class, the pain I discussed??  Well, today my muscles feel sore but NOWHERE near as painful as it was last week and not nearly as much as the first week.  I love that I already feel firmer :)  I can feel the muscles in my arms getting more defined and stronger...LOVE THIS FEELING!

Yesterday was a pretty great day!
My day started with Egg whites, some provolone and mixed veggies :)  Mmmmmm
I was SO HUNGRY around 10am I had some Jif and a banana...
I love PB and Banana (one of my all time fav combos)
Lunch was a treat from a vendor...Yummy salad with Chicken, veggies and some croutons.
Hummus and Carrots with Wheat Thins...Mmmmm
Dinner was sweet turkey Italian sausage and peppers with some motz cheese, I had it over a little whole wheat penne, you can't even see them.

So the day was great and ended with a McDonalds Kid cone...
and a squish on the squishy Miss Sophie

That's it for now

Motivational Monday and the "dry" weekend pays off

Alright ya'll it is time for a new feature on this blog called:
Motivational Monday!

Today's Motivational Tip comes from here
Be fair to yourself
Imagine someone walks up a hundred steps but feels a bit tired, so they stop and step back down one step. They tell you bitterly: “Now I may as well forget this whole idea of reaching the top! I’ve totally blown it!”  What?! You’d think that was crazy, right? Acting as if all that progress, the 99 steps they did climb, never happened – because they had one slip! But people do this all the time when it comes to weight loss. You lose weight, maybe four or five pounds, maybe much more. But you slip, have a bad day or a ‘weak moment’, and eat something you shouldn’t have. And what do you tell yourself? “I’ve completely blown it! Now I might as well really binge!”

Beware the perfectionism trap. Aim to eat sensibly and healthily most of the time, not all the time. We all consume more than we should of the wrong kind of food or drink now and then.
Everyone’s weight fluctuates a bit and you should prepare for this (once you’ve reached a healthy weight). Have a ‘sliding scale’ in your mind of a couple of pounds on either side of your target weight. No one can live for long under a self-imposed, too harsh dictatorship.

I had a GREAT weekend!!!  Unexpected fun with the girls Friday night.  I headed to Lynn's house (in the neighborhood) around 8pm with the intention of only staying until about 9.  You know you're having a good time when you look at your watch and realize it is 11:20 and you need to get your butt home!  We talked and talked and talked and laughed and laughed and laughed :)

Saturday my boys went to stay with Nana and Pop for a week in Delaware.  I miss them already and it rained.  Sweet cleansing rain.  We stayed in and I read then I made dinner (turkey brauts, potatoes and home made red braised cabbage, Mmmmmmmmmm)  I should have taken a picture because it was a beautiful plate.

Sunday, we went to church (Livie actually did pretty well)...then we waited for the clouds to burn off and went to the pool...where we chilled with our friends again!

As you all know...I love a glass of wine (and a half) a few nights a week and had been drinking quite a few beers at the pool each weekend until a few weeks ago.  I realized that perhaps this was one of the reasons I'd gained so much weight recently...so this weekend (after a glass (and a half) of wine Friday night), I decided no beer and no wine and guess what?!?!  It paid off.  I'm back to a decent number on the dreaded scale.  I promise to begin posting my progress again when I get back down to where I was...

perhaps this is why alcohol is a problem...

Alcohol Can Cause Weight Gain (article here)
Because your body can't store alcohol and must metabolize it right away, other metabolic processes suffer. Your body won't metabolize sugars and fats as efficiently during the metabolism of alcohol, and drinking heavily can cause your metabolism to slow. This can contribute to weight gain, as can the empty calories found in alcohol.

Alright...time for me to move it into the shower...
This is the face of one stinky girl :)

Conditioning

The class I'm taking is like a boot camp but is really called Metabolic Conditioning.  Her whole goal is to ensure our metabolism is optimized.  This will be an ongoing class and today I just committed to another month.  Every day when class was finished I would think 10 more classes to go or 7 more classes to go...however...now that I'm in for at least another month, there is no need for me to count down anymore.  It has been 2 weeks of pure unadulterated hell.  But I know the end result will be a gorgeous sculpted body :)  Now if I could just get my crazy portions and snacking under control.

I tend to make healthy choices like this fish taco dish I ordered at Little Havana where we went for lunch yesterday...but then I ate almost the whole thing.  Alicia (trainer) warned that we would become more hungry but if I want to lose weight I can't give into that...wah wah wah...
On the way home I had some watermelon...
The rest of my food yesterday was a little crazy.  I had some eggs for breakfast and some wheat thins for a snack...Dinner was a left over fish taco and a quick cheese and salsa quesidilla.  Then I had a few animal crackers and some raisin-ettes.

Dear APRIL FLOYD!!!
You are working too hard to blow your workout on some animal crackers and raisin-ettes.  You need to get a grip and STOP NOW!!  If you get it under control you can still lose the rest of this UA weight before the next 4 week session begins.  Come on girl!!!  You got this!

Alright time to get cleaned up

My Heart Smiles

This morning...I am sore and I'm still not talking to the scale.  We may have irreconcilable differences :)
Yesterday my food was outstanding:  My egg white omelet had a few potatoes in it with some ham and fresh tomatos...Mmmmmm
lunch was a small salad and a hummus pita with greens, cucumber, feta and carrots
Snack was Hummus and Wheat Thins and I had some watermelon too
Here is where my heart smiles...
When Mason was a little guy I would come home and he would be SO excited for me to be home he would stand at the door and bang on the glass :)  note: definitely one of the perks of working (the kids are so excited when I am home).  There was even a point when Mason would run out to the car to climb in with me to hug me before I could even get out.

Below is a picture of what I get to see every day when I'm pulling up.  Livie is usually banging on the glass and stamping her feet.  Mason was there before I took this picture and Rocky is usually present too :)  This is definitely one of my favorite times of the day!
Dinner was parm crusted talapia with some whole wheat couscous and stir fry veggies.  The veggies rocked!  They had snap peas, green beans, peppers, onions, water chestnuts, broccoli, squash and carrots...SO GOOD!

Then we ran some errands.  Went to the library finally to get the book I am reading for my book club.  It is called Sarah's Key by Tatiana de Rosnay.  I started it last night :)  Then we hit Target for some odds and ends.

Below is a picture of my little princess eating her pop pop that was a favor from Aubrey's birthday party this weekend.  She was very into it :)  She is the cutest thing EVER!!

That is about all I have for today
Make it a GREAT one!

Oh What a Beautiful Morning...

I know the heat has been CRAZY (mornings around 80) but working out outside is an awesome treat!!!  even if my trainer is trying to kill me :)  This is where we work out in the morning...LOVE IT!  So much better than being in a stinky gym :)

Here is the front of our gym :)
Today we worked on a circuit that included:
  • Cowbell Swings (Butt) 80 times
  • Release Push Ups (Arms/Core) 40 times
  • An exercise where we sit on our butts, knees bent, heels on the ground, holding a medicine ball we twist from side to side touching the ball on the ground on each side (Core) 100 times (both sides)...so more like 200
  • Standing at a picnic table.  Starting with one foot on the bench and one foot on the ground.  Lift the foot from the ground to the bench and back down (gently) 80 times (40 each side)
  • Using resistance bands - 80 rowing motions with legs at a slant.  (arms) HOLY CRAP!!!!!!!
In between each circuit, we ran a quarter mile.  HOLY CRAP AGAIN!!!!  Then we came in and did a resistance elliptical (what I'm calling it) for 5 minutes.  The entire workout was CRAZY!!!  It was a circuit on CRACK!  Ouch... But as I've said before it is a good ouch :)

Last night I took all 3 kiddos to the pool to hang out and we had a BLAST!  I love evenings at the pool, I think we'll go back tonight :)  Yesterday my food was really good:

Breakfast was my oatmeal :)

Lunch was out with a vendor.  I loving eating out but I'm always so worried about the choices.  I chose sushi to be sure I'd be on the better side :)  This is a rainbow roll and a California roll.  Mmmmmmmmmm  I also had a salad with Ginger Dressing (my FAV)
Later in the afternoon I was hungry so I had a salad with some Tempeh...SO GOOD!
When I got home the kids had already eaten and I wanted to get in the pool before DJ had to go to a meeting so we all just got changed and left :)  When we got home and I got the little girl to bed, I couldn't figure out what to eat so I had some eggs :)  They were delicious, especially with some wheat toast.
I may have cut up a watermelon and had some of that too...
That's all I've got for today
Make it a GREAT one!

Minimizing my Gluteus

Well that is where the pain is today...right there in my rump :)  I'm sure the bazillion squats we did yesterday has something to do with that :)  My upper body is also killing me...specifically my Deltoid and Trapezius (see below) :)  I figured I could at least show the muscle groups that were working through the below picture.  Oh and let's not forget my hamstrings...ouch :)
Yesterday was a pretty great day.
Oatmeal for Breakfast, then I got a call from a buddy who was in the area and wanted to go to lunch.  I had the most Delicious Bento Box at Red Parrot but I can't find my picture of it...must have gotten deleted.  It was Salmon, California Roll, Salad with some white rice.  I ate everything except the rice :) Mmmmmm

Dinner was pasta then the boys and I went to the pool for a night hang out.  I read my book and we had a GREAT time!!!  Came home finished my book and crashed :)

I promise I'll be more exciting tomorrow.

HELLO Monday!!!

What a GREAT WEEKEND!!??!  Let's look back :)

Friday Night was Sip and Dip Adult ONLY night at the pool :)  Before the pool party at 9pm, DJ and I met up with Terri and Steve to go to dinner at McGerks :)  I got a delicious veggie burger and only ate half the bun but all the chips (a small bag of Utz 120 calories).  I may have a had a few glasses of wine at the pool later and a few cookies but all in all a great night for food and a GREAT NIGHT with friends.  We laughed and laughed and laughed and decided we need a couples trip to Vegas next summer.  Can't wait!!!  DJ and I were the only ones who went swimming (from our little group) and at the end of the night we decided that we drank and sank :)  LMBO!!!!

Saturday, we attended the birthday party for a cutie pie little one year old, Aubrey...she is such a cutie pie.  Here is is with Mom and Dad (Stacey and Mike)

Happy Birthday Aubrey!!!

Then I had girls night at my house...it was a small group of us and we had the BEST entertainment of all...
Ms. Sophia Marie :)  I HEART this little angel:)

After hangin with Ms. Sophia, Meg and I went to see Magic Mike...
You'd think that naked Channing Tatum would be good enough?!?  Well he wasn't...it was really really bad :)

Oh and note:  I refuse to post a picture of a nearly naked Channing with the above precious babies on the same page so look it up yourself :)  LOL

Think about the above...I didn't get to sleep until Midnight neither night b/c I'm such a party animal...LOL  Let's just say that...Sunday, I was pooped :)  We headed to the pool for a bit after a lazy morning and went to Mom's for Bobby's birthday dinner.  CAN NOT believe that my BABY brother is 28.  Funny I'm only 29...I used to think we were so far apart in age but we keep getting closer and closer :)  BAHAHAHA
I crack myself up!!  Dinner was mexican and I didn't take a picture of my plate...DANG IT!  I gotta get better with that again :)  Anyway...I had a taco salad with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, chicken and peppers, and a little taco meat with some mexican rice.  It was delicioso!!  Then we had some cookie cake and ice cream (I had a little piece)...Honestly!  WHAT IS LIFE WITHOUT CAKE?!
Happy Birthday Bro!

Then we came home and I got ready for bootcamp and CRASH...I was sound asleep by 9pm.  Good Thing too...that alarm seemed crazy at 5am.  Today was a pretty good bootcamp day.  I definitely sweated my butt off.  We started by running a mile (I ran the whole thing, which I haven't done in awhile!!!)  Then we came back to stretch and worked out outside AGAIN!  LOVE working out on the harbor.  One day I'm going to have to bring my phone outside to the workout so I can show you a picture of my view...it is HEAVEN!  Even if we are busting our humps it is GORGEOUS!

Now it is time to get this stinky self into the shower.
I hope everyone else had a GREAT weekend too!

Core...OUCH!

This morning we worked out outside!!!  YAY!  We were right on the patio that is behind our buildings on the harbor.  It was GORGEOUS and we got to watch the sun rise (behind the clouds) :)  It was actually a beautiful morning of PAIN!  Holy Crap!!!  My abs feel like they are torn to bits.  We did, plank after plank after plank, ran in between the planks, then we did sit up after sit up and leg lift after leg lift and mountain climber after mountain climber then...  she had us partner up.  One of us lying on our back and the other one standing near our head.  The person standing pushes the person lying down's legs to the ground and we can't let them touch (keeping our legs straight)  here is a link so you can see what it looks like
OUCH!!!

We did 3 sets of 20 reps...HOLY MOLY!!!!
give it a try if you think I'm being a wimp :)

THEN we ran a mile!!!

The workout was tough but felt REALLY GREAT!

Moving on...what do I do when I forget to take pictures of food?
I show you pictures of my munchkins :)

That is all I have for today...except that the scale and I are making our way back to a happy place.  She has conceited that she was wrong and that I was right :)  LOL

Time to move this body down to take a shower

Want some TEM??

A very good article was sent to me this morning by my trainer:

Time, Energy, Motivation, and Toilet Paper
Brett Klika C.S.C.S.

Have you ever felt you would be more successful, fulfilled, and happy if you found the time/energy/motivation (TEM) to do the things you wanted to do?  If you only didn’t have to work so much, right? If you only didn’t have so many obligations.  If you only were born one of those “motivated people”.  If only you had different circumstances, everything would be perfect.

On earth, we all breath the same air, survive by a similar heart beat, and have 24 hours in a day.  Where then, do some seem to always “find” the TEM to make their life fulfilling? The answer?  They quit the search.  They knew they wouldn’t find anything. They decided to create it.

It’s like when you move out of your parent’s house and into your own for the first time.  Whoo hooo!!! No rules! No curfew! No….. toilet paper.   You inconveniently discover that the Toilet Paper Fairy is the same person as the Tooth Fairy and Santa Claus.  You usually come to this reality under rather “unfavorable” circumstances.

You desperately ransack the house, but know you won’t find anything. Why would you?  You spent your $5 on more “important” things: beer, beer, beer, and ice for beer.  All of which could only worsen, not solve, the dilemma.  You  keep looking to no avail and eventually turn to the wrong tools for the job.  Lesson learned.

Much like the Toilet Paper Fairy, the TEM Fairy doesn’t exist. In the adult world, if you don’t create it, it doesn’t exist.  If you have a lack of TEM, what have you done to create it?   If you don’t allocate resources appropriately to do so, why would it exist?

We all know that searching for things that don’t exist is a waste of time.  Many people still continue to “look” for TEM and are forced to use the wrong tools for the job in the meantime.  Television, video games, caffeine, excuses, lethargy, and gossip are the wrong tools for creating TEM.

In order to create TEM, we must stop dispatching these improper tools that only worsen our dilemma.  Our learned dependence on these ineffective tools is what Jim Lahre, author of “The Power of Story”, calls our “old story”.
Your old story is the one you have learned to tell yourself in order validate your actions, or lack thereof.  This story is your cage.  It imprisons you while fooling you into a false sense of reality.  The story is imaginary, the prison is real.  Your old story is the wrong tool for the job.

To create TEM, you need a new story.   This new story doesn’t focus on what you can’t do, it focuses on what you will do.  The new story puts you in the driver seat to make choices that positively affect your TEM.

In your new story, you will define what is important to you and create time for it.  This may mean not spending time on things like TV video games, or other fruitless activities (unless this is what is important to you).  You may need to create time by getting up earlier in the morning.  Not a morning person?  Old story, move on.

You will create energy by living the way humans were designed to.  Commit to moving, eating, laughing, and sleeping well.  These are all the components of creating, sustaining, and expanding energy.  If you don’t create energy, you won’t have it.  Caffeine and other drugs are the wrong tool for the job long term.

You will create motivation by creating a clear purpose for yourself.  Write it down.  Create a “WHY” for your efforts.  Nourish yourself with information, people, and other resources that make this WHY more clear.  As with food, the quality of your nourishment will determine the quality of the end result.

Quit trying to find TEM and create it.  The TEM fairy is as imaginary as the Toilet Paper Fairy and Santa Claus.   In the adult word, if you want something, you have to get it for yourself.  If you don’t, it won’t be there when you need it. Create a new story of success and surround yourself with the right tools for the job.

I love it!!!  NO EXCUSES!!!

I'm still not happy with the scale...she and I are trying to come to terms with our differences.  I think it has to do with my portion sizes but whatever it is...I better see some results soon or I'm going to be ticked :)

My most exciting meal yesterday was my salad.  I tried a new dressing at the cafe (probably another of my problems) - Lemon/Honey vinaigrette and it was SO GOOD!  I will try to stay away from it but it may be a Friday treat or something :)  Below are my foods for the day.

Of course other foods were mixed in here...I had a monster and it resembled pea soup again and started the day with my oatmeal.  Dinner was crust from the kids pizza...LOL

We grabbed a pizza and went to the pool last night to hang out.  We had a great time!!!
Then I crashed HARD!
That's it for today

Shredded

My leg muscles have felt completely shredded since Monday morning...so bad that I almost fell down the steps because my thigh muscles gave out half half way down each step - LOL.  I didn't fall but I minimized the steps most of yesterday and Monday.  This morning was day 2 of bootcamp - 5am alarm - at the gym by 6am.  Jonathan and I were joined by another teammate in our little circle of hell :)  Jonathan and I were discussing that our legs were completed shredded and Alicia (our trainer) said "sounds like an arm day"...  I can honestly say that my legs feel GREAT!  compared to my core and arms.  She killed us today with core work...my abs feel really sore but REALLY GREAT too!!!!  I know this is pain but it is good pain and on my walk back from the gym this morning I was thinking how strong I'll be at the end of these 4 weeks!!!  SO EXCITED.

Plus since I'm back on the healthy eating wagon...I just know I can get the rest of this weight off this year.  Come on goal weight!!!  What is my goal weight??  Well I would love to be 160 by the end of this year but that would entitle about 40lbs more to go.  I would honestly be very happy with 170.  at 170, I'm in a 10/12 and feel fit.  Then I can work on the rest through 2013.  Ideally at some point in my life (be it 10 years from now)...I'd like to weigh 150.  At 170, I am going to have my belly "done", which will probably take off a few more lbs and definitely a bunch of inches :)  YAY!!

Alright...time to get to my food yesterday :)  Do you see my cute little packed lunch?  Watermelon, Salad, Soup, Carrots/Hummus, and Zucchini Quinoa bites :)
I did have my oatmeal first but if you've seen one bowl you've seen them all.
Then around 10am I had these little yummy bites :)
Zucchini Quinoa bites:
(modified from a recipe)
Ingredients:
1 C. Cooked Quinoa (cooked with chicken stock)
2 eggs (will do 2 eggs with 2 egg whites next time)
1/4 C. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 Cup sauteed onions/zucchini (in EVOO)
Salt and Pepper to taste
I sauteed the zucchini and onions for another recipe so I just used a quarter cup of that combo.I mixed everything together and scooped into a mini muffin pan.  My recipe filled one mini muffin pan.  I baked them at 375 for 10 minutes and voila!  Perfection.  Note: be sure to spray your pan with Pam or something because the one cup that didn't get sprayed didn't pop out like the rest.
These little buddies are SO GOOD and I had 5 for my 2nd breakfast :)

My DOLE salad greens had a bunch of dirt in them...YUCK.  I had to wash off every leaf and because I didn't have a spinner...the leaves were all soggy but that was ok.  I made this salad with some feta, watermelon, tomatoes and some balsamic.  It was just ok :(  I don't think I'll put watermelon on my salad anymore...I like watermelon all by itself :)
Snack was Hummus with some baby carrots and wheat thins...Mmmmm

My monster resembled pea soup...LOL

And dinner was my quinoa salad with some feta and my beloved coconut curry tempeh that I was desperately searching for...which I found at Harris Teeter Monday night :)  YAY!!!

Honestly...this is the stuff that I tried at my cousin, Danielle's house, this weekend.  It was SO YUMMY and I love the texture of the tempeh.  YAY Soy!  (here is the package in case you are interested)

After I had dinner I went for a run??.(well I'm starting C25k over again just to recondition.  It is nice to do something that feels good but doesn't challenge me too much).  Do you like my BRIGHT yellow tank?  It could probably glow in the dark :)

Later last night I did 30 minutes of yoga to try and stretch out and had to do my homework from bootcamp: 10 push ups, 20 sit ups and a 30 second plank.  You would think "that's easy Apes" but guess what?!?!?!  IT WASN'T and I had to struggle but at the end of the night I crashed like a ton of bricks and slept like a baby until my alarm sounded at 5am this morning :)

I think that is it for now...
Enjoy this gorgeous day!!!
TTFN :)
