This morning I had my oatmeal...Mmmmmmmmmm
I've really missed it :)
I am going to have to make more breakfast cookies b/c they are almost gone. I absolultely love that Mason loves them as much as he does. I think I'll make smaller ones and he can have two.
Lunch consisted of a salad and some Chana Masala. I had to get some stuff from weggies and I got some items from the salad bar (cranberries, bluecheese and mushrooms) and some basmati rice for my Chana Masala. I really wanted brown rice but the somewhat naughty basmati made the dish SO YUMMY! For my salad I had to settle for a balsamic dressing I picked up at TJs the last time I was there. I've become so addicted to the spicy peanut dressing...I was sure I'd be disappointed but I have to say that this is by far the most delicious balsamic dressing I've every had. Even better than restaurant dressings I've had. I'm impressed and not so disappointed that I won't make it back to TJs before next week for more peanut dressing (I can survive off of the balsamic, LOL)
This afternoon I took measurments and looked back to January. I have lost 50.5lbs and 22.5 inches total. CRAZY! I don't even know that I've done anything super drastic...just making one small change on top of another and before I knew it...I've become a near vegitarian who eats lots of healthy things that I love and exercises pretty much every day :) I LOVE THIS! I haven't felt deprived and I'm just happy. Happy April, LOL!
Dinner tonigth was my sweet potato hash (changed up a little) and some chicken tenderloins with a panko crust. It was pretty yummy...
Aerobics rocked tonight as usual and I'm exhuasted so I'm going to bed
