Wadja eat?

Food today consisted of English muffin w veggie sausage
Spinach dip and carrots 

Lunch was a salad that had some feta chesse and veggies and Maryland crab soup.  Was delicious but didn'take a pic :/. Note sushi lunch got canceled...

Had an apple and pear for snacks then went to aerobics!  It was so great and best of all???  My sis will be joining me starting next week!  YAY!  

This is my after workout pic...not too bad but the workout was really good!


Came home and made sweet potato hash and had more veggies and spinach dip



Now hanging w the hubby...great day!
