I can't believe it but I ran a whole mile last night without stopping! This is an incredible feat considering March 1st, I didn't run AT ALL! It was amazing and I wasn't even too winded...I came up to a big hill and I had to walk it. I probably could have kept going :) SO HAPPY and proud of myself!
I'm really tired in the mornings...I'm not sure why :( Perhaps it is the fact that I didn't get to sleep last night until after 10 (Wednesday is my TV night: The Middle, Better with you, Modern Family, and Mr. Sunshine) and I was up before 5am. That is still 7 hours of sleep so I should be ok. Livie is sleeping through the night...so that is a good thing. I'm sure I'll get in the swing of spring here shortly. The weather is finally starting to get better.
I did pretty well yesterday food wise. Dinner was fish (I destroyed it while I was cooking it) with mango salsa, brown rice and some of my guac dip. I'm going to have to give up avocado again :( Every time I eat it I get out of control and I don't lose as much weight during that week. Oh well it was nice while it lasted. This morning I woke up 1lb higher than Tuesday :( BOO! It could be water retention or it could be the avocado. Either way I really want to be down to 221.5 on Tuesday so I'm going to work on it.
This weekend will be quiet. The boys are all going to the beach for a weekend and Livie and I are having a girls weekend. I'm having dinner with a girl friend on Friday (that was already planned) and we'll find something to get into on Saturday! Tonight is T-Ball practice and dinner will be something easy b/c well I don't feel like cooking. Maybe we'll just subway or something.
Lunch today is left over fish and I'm gonna take a walk to Wegman's or Poulet and get a small salad or something. I'm out of greens at home :( TTFN (224.5)
