Luckily before the rain started I got in my run. I jogged for a mile and walked for a mile. It felt really nice! Food today...I GMed this morning and made french toast for the boys with whole wheat bread. I had 2 pieces of that before I made a quick trip to the grocery store. I bought all the ingredients I need to make a Nilla/Banana Cream Pie. Yummmm Here is how you do it:
Ingredients
Box Jello Sugar Free Instant Vanilla pudding
3 Bananas Sliced
Nilla Wafers
Light Cool Whip
Prepare the pudding according to the directions, add the sliced bananas and set aside in the fridge to set up for about 15 minutes.
Take the pie plate and cover with the reduced fat Nilla Wafers in a single layer. Pour the pudding/banana mixture over the Nilla Wafers and smooth out.
Cover top of the pie with cool whip, decorate with a few more wafers and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Enjoy! YUM!
You can obviously make this "fresher" by making your own pudding from scratch and whipping your own cream but who needs the calories and who has the time?!? LOL
