Eeek, I've been unmotivated lately. I didn't GM yesterday - yikes! This is the first time in 3 months that I didn't GM. I was only b/c it was Easter and I was inundated with a million other happenings. I also didn't run last night...:(
Today is a new leaf. Bfast was GM and english muffin. Lunch was some Chicken Tikka from Poulet and some jasmine rice. Snacks were pretzels and cheese and an apple. Dinner tonight will be?!? not sure. I'm so happy to be preparing chicken again. due to my meatless diet over lent, we didn't prepare any chicken. Back to it this week (which reminds me I need to pull chicken breast out of the freezer - maybe). I'm just realizing that tonight will be something easy like pizza, tomorrow is taco night and Wednesday I ordered carryout from Poulet (bourbon chicken and roasted veggies). Thursday night the boys are leaving for a camping trip until Saturday, so Livie and I will fend for ourselves and Friday is my pampered chef party. Hmmm, sounds like a fun week to me :)
I think I'm going to go back to veggie burgers for lunch. It is SO low in calories and really fills me up. I need to jump start my weight loss again, I've been losing only about a lb a week and I want to lose a little more, a little more quickly. I'm not sure what I'll add but something is going to change soon (I'll keep you posted)
