Today started at a Seminar for Regulatory and Compliance Updates in relation to Employee Benefit Plans. Snooze fest for most...GREAT fun for me :) I'm a geek, remember?
It is amazing how much play and attention you get when the company under your name is "Under Armour"
The Breakfast was outstanding!!! Usually there is like yogurt, fruit and bagels/pastries...not here :) We had eggs, sausage and potatoes with fresh fruit including pineapple. (Note: April LOVES pineapple)
I tried to take pictures without being obvious :) At the "break" I made myself a yogurt parfait with low fat yogurt and granola, YUM!
I got back to work a little after noon and had my Mom's AMAZING wild rice soup...IT ROCKED.
I needed something more so I went to the cafe and got a turkey sandwich with lots of veggies on whole wheat bread
chips AND the best part of getting a sandwich?? THE PICKLE!
Chocolate?? OK :)
Do you see my bosses candy jar under this picture??? YES...she is my new supplier (I was worried...) :)
Around 3:30p I had this...Each Flavor is better than the last...I really like this black cherry chobani, but I still think the pineapple was my favorite :)
Hubby made dinner for us...spaghetti :) I didn't have any sauce b/c my belly was feeling iffy...
what is up with that?
I felt better for Oreos and milk though. LOL
This snack really reminds me of my childhood...this was one of my favorite treats as a kiddo.
Before Oreos we had to "creatively" demonstrate 100 of something for Dom's 100th day of school. I had great ideas as did DJ but Dom was dedicated to making a sun. Meg even found him yellow cereal to do it with (love having a sister as a teacher who is totally into the creative kid stuff). This is what we ended up with
it had to be grouped to equal 100. Looking at it now...it kinda looks like a pizza - LOL
He was really happy with it, that is all that matters and he LOVES to count by 5s so this is it!
Now it is time for my favorite night of TV - The Middle, Suburgatory and Modern Family.
Good Night
