Sorry for the morning posts...my phone died (surprise surprise) and by the time DH got home from a meeting with the chargers (he stole them both), I had to get to sleep b/c I was pooped :)
All that said...yesterday was a MUCH better day than Monday at work. AND I finally got my appetite back.
I've had a couple of questions about what Kashi I like...here it is :) YUM
I had this for breakfast with almond milk (seen one bowl of cereal, you've seen them all) :)
Then I had a monster...oranges, banana, spinach, yogurt (Heaven)
Then I got attacked by the mindless snacking monster and ATE these 2 pieces of candy.. WTH?!?! Oh well.
Lunch was a salad: Greens, cheddar, avocado, chicken, carrots, black beans, corn, walnuts, tomatoes, cucumbers, balsamic (I forgot my beets and I missed them).
This Mango Chobani was GREAT but I still LOVED the pineapple even more!!!
Whoops, I was reading the label and realized I accidentally picked up the 2% Chobani instead of the fat free - whoops :) It was really really good though :)
Remember this HONEST tea from last week??? I finally finished it (it'd been in the fridge here at work)
Then I made a note for myself b/c I had a MAJOR water fail yesterday...I barely drank any water :( I've already combated that by drinking 30oz on my way in to work this morning. Problem resolved :)
Dinner was a pizza roll (boy's request). Pillsbury pizza dough, turkey pepperoni, ham, reduced fat mozzarella cheese and parm cheese...that's it :)
Note: I bought these bananas on Sunday morning and they are STILL SO GREEN that we can't eat them...WTH??? ALL the bananas at Giant looked like this this week - BANANA FAIL!
After dinner I went for a really nice 2.5 mile walk while chatting with my mother in law, on the phone. Since Terri couldn't join me, she was my walking buddy tonight...it was really nice :)
Alright...that was/is it for yesterday.
I'll get back on track with night posting
