Grrrrrrrrrrrrr

What do you do when you can't stop eating CRAP?!?!  I had a HORRIBLE food day.  And exercise wasn't so great either.  To top it off I was not very happy with the scale this morning...UGG and BLECK! 
Here we go I'm not proud.

Kashi and Almond Milk
 A monster (peaches, banana, spinach, yogurt)
Lunch was catered for a meeting.  I had a veggie wrap some cesear salad, berries and...
 1/2 of THIS COOKIE!  It was delicious though
 I had meeting after meeting after meeting today...as I was running out the door to go home, I grabbed 2 hershey kisses and a peice of special dark chocolate. 

I was dreaming about dinner all day today.  Unfortunatley, I have lunch meetings all week so my sour beef will have to be dinners this week (OK with me) :)
Now...you're probably saying "April, you weren't that bad today"...you haven't seen anything yet.
After dinner I broke out the Ben and Jerry's (God knows why I bought this at the grocery store)...Dom and I had a few bites (honestly, I only had about 10 bites total) 
What do you think?? 20 calories for each bite???  200 calories total?  We'll go with that (who knows for sure?)

Then I had a peice of birthday cake...wth?? 
Bad food day...way too much junk

So between the cookie and the chocolates and the ice cream and the cake...I'm going to chalk this day up to junk food and move on.  I'm still mad at myself right now...mostly b/c I feel like crap now.

DJ had a meeting at church which meant I didn't get to meet up with the girls and now it is nearly 9pm and I'm exhausted.  ICK...today better not become a pattern. 

Oh and to top it all off...I'm drinking a glass of wine right now.
It was just one of those days

Tomorrow is a new day (IT BETTER BE)
