I have every intention of eating well today, tonight will be stuffed peppers (I think). I'm taking dinner makings for Friday and Saturday night too (pizza dough/sauce/cheese and chicken pasta with broccoli). I figure we can eat in our place then go out to enjoy some special treats and spend our money else where! We will probably take the boys to Jolly Roger for some rides and I know we'll hit the boardwalk. Should be fun! Then of course there will be the beach!! SO PEACEFUL!! I'm pretty excited about the beach.
Terri and I hit the road last night. We went to the track at the HS. Track running is BORING! We probably won't do that again and we only went 1.75 miles anyway (only .75 was running). This is much less than we normally do. We will hit the road in our neighborhood tonight before I leave. I hope to run while in OC...the whole city is FLAT so hills won't be an issue. I CAN do this; I will run in OC!!!

Yesterday was overall a GREAT food day. I am definitely on the bandwagon of intuitive eating. If I want a bite of something I won't let the calories stop me and "I'm not "counting" calories but calories do count"
