This week has been crazy...I feel bad for not posting :(
I'm still holding fast between 212 and 215. Exercise this week has been ok. From last week:
Thursday: Ran 2 miles with Terri
Friday: nada
Saturday: 1 mile with Terri
Sunday: Ran by myself 1 mile
Monday: Monday Ran by myself 1 mile
Tuesday: nada
Wednesday (tonight): Plan to run with Terri 2 miles
Food has been ok too. Veggie Burgers for lunch, Dinner has been light, Bfast has been veggie sausage sandwich with GM. Dinner tonight will be out at Friday's for my dad's birthday. Lunch today will be out also...I'm meeting a friend at Chili's. Based on the fact that we're going out to dinner tonight, I'm going to make lunch really light! I think I'll just have a side salad.

Last night I had an icecream at the pool then a couple chips around 8p (UGG...I never eat this late). I've got to stop eating just b/c I feel like it! I love summer but it's killing me this year :)!
