Saturday: Breakfast was non existent. I woke up and did a quick 1.25 mile run then I cleaned the house like a CRAZY woman. Around 10:30 I had a little of the left over Chinese food. We went to the pool around noon for Family Fun Day. It was a lot of fun. Lunch around 1p consisted of a cheese burger. I Snacked Snacked Snacked on pretzels and baked Doritos. We decided at the last minute to invite my little cousins (Darren 10 and Davina 13) to come up and (a) spend time with the boys and (b) babysit for us while we went to see Harry Potter! YAY!!! We'd been dying to see Harry Potter. Only problem is that before the movie we went to La Tolteca.
Sunday: We woke up with all the kids and I made French Toast with cinnamon swirl bread. I had 2 pieces...it was REALLY GOOD! We left around 11 to get the cousins back home and we made our way to Panera for lunch. I had the BBQ Chopped Chicken Salad (ALOT OF CALORIES). Then we went to Mom and Dad's for Dad's Bday dinner #2! Mom made Lemon Fried Chicken and her homemade Mac and Cheese. I had a little of both and a LOT of salad. I then devoured a big piece of pineapple upside down cake.
Holy Moly, I have it in for myself. I don't know why I do it! I consumed ALOT of extra unnecessary calories this weekend. Today I am back on track (starting to sound like a recording). I had my veg sausage on a piece of rye bread today, GM and Coffee. I think I'm going to eliminate MOST refined flour out of my diet...no more than 1 serving to bread a day, no pasta, no cereal and NO REFINED SUGAR! I'm not going to worry about the trivial servings like salad dressing, etc...
I've done this before...it is really just a cleanse to get me back to where I want to be. Come on April!!!
