NO EXCUSES

2 posts one day...LOL

Tonight was a great night with the boys, we cleaned the basement and had a nice dinner...packed our clothes and made my lists.  We are headed out at 7am, we'll stop at the diner for breakfast then hit the road for Chesapeake Beach Water Park!!!  YAY!!!  Then we're gonna have a quick stay before heading to OC!  Can't wait!!!  CRAZY!!

I was totally going to put off my run but decided NO EXCUSES!!!  I read Roni's blog as a last ditch effort to procrastinate :)  Her topic was "Excuses", I don't believe it!  It was perfect timing so I hit the road.  I did just one mile but I did it quickly and burned 120 calories :)

New Snack today...Yes that is a banana dipped in Cheerios!  LOL

Lunch was my leftover lettuce wraps...YUM!

GM (Mango,  blueberries, unsweet almond milk, banana, spinach)BOO!!!  GM Blender cup fell and shattered on the floor...NO GM today *sob*
Banana and Cheerios - YES TOGETHER!who knew that something so simple could be so yummy...dipping a banana in cheerios (they stick) was a fun way for me to play with my food...and SO GOOD!
Left Over Lettuce Wraps from last night! SO GOOD!  Great Lunch!
craving chocolate...but there is no chocolate to be found :(
Snacked on crunchy lo mein noodles while making dinnerstarving when I got home!
Stuffed peppers (green peppers, onion, ground turkey, crushed tomatoes, brown rice)YUM!  And I froze a couple of them for lunches next week!
No dessert...and hungry for something now (9pm)NO WAY!
Exercise:
1 mile run (14 minutes) YAY...burned 120 calories I put it off over and over again...but in the end I decided “no excuses” and got my butt in gear!!!
Water:
Very good all day but horrible once I got home!  

That's all I got...I'll try to stop by at some point this weekend...may be every day...may be Monday!  TTFN
