Meal #3 really hit the spot!

However...I need something sweet now. All I really need is one of those iddy biddy Reese pb cups. The new tiny ones?!? Hmmmmm...I should have gotten them at the grocery store today. Oh well...I did get some black beans for my quinoa mix and some honey to make pumpkin yogurt for Healthbeat this week!

I ended up eating one Reese PB cup (unpictured)...yum - that was my 100 calorie freebie
Meal #4 was some triscuit crackers with cheese and a little hummus
Dinner (aka Meal #5) was Curry Chicken with brown rice and asparagus
Terri and I hit the road for 2.06 miles. I thought we'd gone further but it felt good. We walked tonight...we'll run by the end of the week. I feel really good!!!
Synopsis: After Day 1....I can say that I ATE ALOT!! I ate alot more than I normally do. I don't know how this will work out, I may have to cut back on the portions. Meditation, my good habit, is harder than I thought it would be. Caffeine was easier to skip today than I thought it would be, my bad habit. Hmmmm...oh and the water?!>! It turns out I was drinking about 3 litres of water a day so that was easy. I kinda feel like the Staples easy button today. I am satisfied and even a little full. The brisk walk felt great! My favorite part is the routine of it all! Time to sleep I need to get my sleep points !!!
