I LOVE my Scale Saturday with Trader Joes

Each Saturday I will dictate whether I hate or love my scale.  TODAY!!  I LOVE my scale...3lbs down from last week.  207!!!!! HOLY CRAP!  I'm so happy about this :)  I was saying "Yes! Yes! Yes!" in the bathroom this morning and DJ was like...what?  what are you doing?  LOL  I was really happy

Is it just me?? or do everyone's clothes feel looser when they are noticing weight loss (in terms of numbers).  The pants I put on today were a little looser than usual.  Feels GOOD!  And I went to Kohls to try to find an outfit/dress to wear for our family pictures tomorrow, and everything felt like it fit pretty well!!!  I'm LOVING TODAY!

I woke up around 6am and hit the road for a quick 1.5 miler.  While I was running I was thinking about what I wanted to eat for breakfast.  I thought I really wanted to eat Eggs Benedict...but I didn't want to make or consume hollindase sauce (too many calories).  I figured out a variation and it came together literally as I was making it.

Eggs over my Hammy (I think this is from a restaurant menu, but can't remember...haha)
First I made an over easy egg in the skillet and toasted an english muffin.  When the egg was done I put it on one half of the english muffin (giving the other half of the english muffin to Livie with some PB for her bfast).  I looked in the fridge and saw some cheddar cheese so I sprinkled a little on top.  Then I saw the last little bit of ham from lunches last week. I threw that on the still hot skillet and heated it through. I took the egg back off the english muffin and put the ham underneath.  OMG...it was so good!!!  When I broke the egg, the yoke kind of made a sauce.  Mmmmmm (I estimate it was only about 150 calories).  This is a horrible picture!!!

After breakfast; Terri and I hit the road for Trader Joes.  It is about 20 miles for us.  Let me just say this...I LOVE TRADER JOES!  It was a fun shopping trip and I found lots of stuff I'd been looking for.  Monica of runeatrepeat.com uses a peanut dressing and I really wanted to try it.   I picked up a lot of goodies :)

On our way home...I snacked on some veggie chips (I LOVE veggie chips, even if they are fried)

When we got home I made a HUGE salad...like Monica HUGE (LOL).  I used some mixed veggies I picked up at TJ (jiccima, broccoli, celery, radish, carrots, something else...) and some almonds.  Then I put some pot stickers (I'd picked up at another market) on top.  YUM!!!  It was a really yummy and huge lunch and now I'm stuffed.

Now it is time for me to get my hair did!  I LOVE getting my hair cut.
