Here are my goals for September:
- Lose 8lbs before October 1st (202)
- Run/Walk at least 2 miles at least 4 times a week (Aerobics starts September 15th...Schedule will be Aerobics 2 times a week and run/walking at least 4 days a week) - one day off
- Prepare the boys for school every night for the next day (Lunches and Clothes)
- Read a book to the boys every night
- Enjoy at least ONE date night with hubby
I'll check in at the end of the month (or though out) to let you know how it goes.
I've decided to participate in this "Game On Diet" Game thing...It could be the jump start I need!! I HAVE to go buy this book. Maybe Mason and I will head out real quick to hit the book store :)
Lunch was delicious (Salmon Power House Sandwich). It is thin sliced pumpernickel bread with salmon and herb cream cheese spread, tomatoes, lettuce and sprouts. I enjoyed it with some fruit :)
Dinner was yummy tacos! I LOVE TACOS!!! and I had a couple handfuls of pretzels with PB filling
Oh and I had a beer
Work was NUTS today!!!
Ice Cream was in order too...just a little bowl
Alright...off with Mason to Barnes and Noble!

P.S. - I'm so excited to go with Terri to Trader Joes tomorrow!!!
