Lunch today was pretty delicious...I am LOVING this Quinoa :) I had the same salad as yesterday too :)
After lunch I needed some snacks...Grace and I bought chocolate pomegranate seeds, YUM! I ate about 30 calories of some sweet goodness including a dark chocolate kiss:)
Meal #4 was some cheese and crackers...which I thoroughly enjoyed
Dinner or meal #5 was left over chicken curry and a bite of pizza
I did some aerobic cardio b/c DJ had back to school night and that meant I couldn't get out of the house for a walk/run with Terri :( I did the treadmill and some crunches...Water was good, meditation was good (although it is tough) and I'm exxhausted so I'm going to bed (wonder if my lack of caffeine has anything to do with my tiredness???)...gnight and TTFN
