I love you all!!! But I honestly don't need any words of encouragement...I just need to get my A$$ in gear and take charge!!! You know what might make me feel better?!?
An action plan:
- I will stop feeling sorry for myself
- I will not register for anymore 5ks b/c what is the point when I just feel disappointed in myself at the end of it?? (sorry Terri)
- I will just run b/c I love it
- I will walk and love every minute of my time with my ladies
- I will focus on my food and eating healthy
- I will STOP THIS NEGATIVITY!
I'll also try to post tonight about my food.
