Pity Party

If you were looking for an uplifing/motivating post...read no further!  I'm grumpy today, feeling down and just wanted to document my "down" day.  I also thought perhaps writing it down might make me feel better:



I love you all!!!  But I honestly don't need any words of encouragement...I just need to get my A$$ in gear and take charge!!!  You know what might make me feel better?!? 
An action plan:
  • I will stop feeling sorry for myself
  • I will not register for anymore 5ks b/c what is the point when I just feel disappointed in myself at the end of it??  (sorry Terri)
  • I will just run b/c I love it
  • I will walk and love every minute of my time with my ladies
  • I will focus on my food and eating healthy
  • I will STOP THIS NEGATIVITY!
I'll also try to post tonight about my food.
