This morning was a comedy of errors! I woke up a little late, the kids woke up a little late, we were scrambling for breakfast, I pulled Mason's oatmeal out of the microwave and spilled it all over the front of me, had to change my clothes, left late, traffic was awful, got stuck by a train crossing, parking lot was full, parking garage was closed (for some reason), I had to park at the gravel lot which is pretty far away and to top it off...I wore 4 inch heals today...ALL THAT before 8:10am!
Luckily the rest of my day got much better :)
I was treated to lunch at The Wine Market today...LOVED!!! This was greens with pearl couscous and shrimp with creme fresh. I had some fennel soup and a bit of pine nut ricotta cake too (but didn't want to seem queer for taking too many pictures)...SO GOOD! One of the perks of my job...I get treated to fancy lunches :)
I got really hungry around 4p so I had some Chobani with Kashi
spaghetti for dinner with ricotta cheese for some protein
Then DJ bought home some chocolate chip cookies and I had 2...YUM
Right now, I'm watching modern family and trying to brainstorm for a meeting tomorrow.
Best part of my day??
Feeling the stress leave my system while I was running with Terri tonight!!!
