Wednesday was absolutely CRAZY NUTS!!! I was go go go all day :) Breakfast was my standard veggie sausage sammie in the car then I had a monster similar to one from last week :)
Blueberries, banana, 3 cups of spinach and yogurt. The guys who make the smoothies look at me funny when I say "basically, could you fill the blender with spinach then add all the other stuff??" They must think I'm nuts but at least they're getting used to me now :)
I was in meetings all morning and had a GREAT lunch meeting with one of our vendors at Regi's in Fed Hill. It was OUTSTANDING but I didn't have my phone or camera...UGG It was beautiful too. I had the chicken chili then the blackened salmon and I killed the whole plate. It was SO GOOD! The salmon was served with wheat berries (which I ADORE) and white asparagus. AMAZING!
I had an apple around 2p then I was starting around 3...I hit up the vending machine and found these little guys - Mrs. May's Naturals Ultimate Crunch
They were pretty yummy...crunchy and full of cashews which you know I love! It really hit the spot and helped me subside my snack attack!
When I got home dinner had been cooking in the crockpot (chicken noodle soup) and we had that with some grilled ham and cheese sandwiches :) The KIDS love this dinner and I do too!
I was SO EXHAUSTED that I couldn't even keep my eyes open so I skipped the walk tonight and hit the hay at 8:45...EIGHT FORTY FIVE!!!! Can you believe it?!?! Oh well I guess I needed it b/c I crashed and woke up feeling much better :) That is pretty much it for Wednesday - TTFN
