Ready Ready Ready Ready to Run...

After all the germs and sanitizing and a 3 hour nap this afternoon (which felt amazing BTW), we took the kids to Annie's Playground to blow off some stink...it felt great to be out playin with the kiddos!!
She looked so cute today...with her skinny jeans, little hat and snow boots (I love dressing a little girl)
The day started with Kashi and Milk...then a Yogurt Parfait
It was soup day in the Floyd House...I made chicken noodle soup and
Mom sent some of her world famous shrimp soup.  It is like Maryland crab soup ONLY BETTER!!!
For lunch (at 10:30 btw) I had some chicken noodles soup with crackers.
Or should I say crackers with soup chicken noodle soup...
Then I took my 3 hour nap (while Livie was napping) and when we woke up, I had some Shrimp Soup (around 2:30) - Clearly my meal times were whacked!
My Dad makes the BEST Belgian waffles...I think he fills them with crack or something, LOL.  Mason ended up having a sleep over with my folks last night (since Dom was sick, why not) and my dad made him Belgian Waffles this morning and sent some home with him...OMG!!!  they are SO GOOD!  I had a few triangles with PB...YUM
Then we headed to the park.  it was so fun to play with the kiddos after the week we had...  After the park we went to Jarrettsville Creamery (one of our fav places).  I didn't get any food but stole the boys pickles and some of their chips...ok, and maybe some of mason's hot ham and cheese sandwich :)
Then it was time for the BEST part of Jarrettsville creamery...THE ICE CREAM!  My favorite ice cream in the whole world is their home made coconut almond chip ice cream.  It is literally TO DIE FOR.  I try new flavors from time to time but I always wish I'd had gotten this coconut almond chip...I don't think I'll stray from my go to anymore...it is too dang good.  I always just get the kiddie sized cone and it is the perfect size for a taste that isn't too much trouble, plus I always end up sharing with Livie Lou
When we got home I ran a quick half mile then met up with Terri to walk 2 more...it was a nice walk and really nice to talk!!!

Now I'm watching a movie with the hubby - "Ides of March"...pretty good :)
Then I'll take a hot shower and hit the hay

Anyone else have a favorite after workout routine??  I like to veg until my body temp comes down then take a "hot as I can take it" shower.
